Our online banking system provides secure account access from the comfort of
your home or office. Our members can enjoy our online banking system, which
includes the ability to:
Check account balances

Transfer funds

Instant Access

View account activity

Apply for a Loans

If you’ve just recently opened an account with Public Service Credit Union and want
to
sign up for Online Banking, click the “First time user?” link under the Home Banking
box
which will open a new window and simply follow the instructions.

Please note: You will need to have your credit union Account Number (User ID) and
Telephone Banking PIN in order to sign up. See the “Telephone Banking” section for
instructions.

E-Statements: make viewing your statement as easy as opening an e-mail. You can
get
your account information faster and it also cuts down on paperwork.

Online Banking Users
To receive e-Statements, log in to Online Banking, click the services tab, and then
navigate
to e-Statement.

Not enrolled in Online Banking?
You can receive free e-Statements by calling our Remote Services Department at
(734) 641-8400 Option 2.



Online Bill Pay

Skip the hassles of paying bills!

Members with checking accounts can enjoy our Online BillPay system. Stop
writing checks, forget about mail delays and stop buying stamps! Pay anyone,
anywhere using
PSCU’s Online BillPay service instead. The Online BillPay system
offers convenient features such as:

24-hour telephone assistance

Automation of your bills using recurring payments

Live chat with a member service representative

Secure person-to-person e-mail payments

A safe way to view your payment history

The ability to issue a standard check if needed

Pay-by-phone option for non-Internet users

Pay unlimited bills each month

Pay bills from multiple accounts

We take account security very seriously, so you can use BillPay with peace of mind,
knowing that your payments are always protected by the latest encryption technology.


Flexibility
With BillPay, you can pay just about everybody, from the babysitter to the electric
company. You can even purchase gifts! BillPay has over 200 certified vendors
nationwide. Person-to-person e-mail payments allow you to to send money to virtually
anyone, anywhere in the United States! Our GiftPay-e service allows you to send a
personalized gift check or charitable donation to almost anyone. As long as you use
this service to pay at least three bills a month, this service is FREE!


Mobile Banking

Don’t feel like being tied down to your computer or calling the credit union to
transfer money or check account balances? Sign up for mobile banking.

Check your account on your mobile device!
PSCU members now have the convenience of instant access to their accounts right
from their mobile phone. You can check balances, make transfers and find CO-OP
Network ATMs and CO-OP Shared Branching locations.

Signing up for Mobile Banking

From CO-OP Services Website

1.Go to the co-op mobile site

2.Click on option 1 (Mobile Banking) from the menu

3.Enter your nine-digit telephone number and click next

4.Enter your primary account number

5.Select your Public Service CU from the drop down list, click and click next

6.Enter your First and Last Name

7.Enter the last five digits of your Social Security Number and click next

8.Enter your phone number on record with the Credit Union, click next

9.Enter your street number, click next

10.Enter your zip code, click next

11.Enter your account nickname, click next

12.Select your phone carrier

13.Select your phone manufacturer

14.Select your phone model

15.Enter a pin number (must be between six and eight digits)

16.Confirm your pin, click next



Telephone Banking

  • Obtain account information
  • Transfer funds
  • Apply for a loan
  • Verify the last 10 transactions

Telephone Banking is quick, easy and completely free. To use the system to access
your accounts, you’ll need to create a Telephone Banking (Voice) Personal Identification
Number (PIN).


Creating your Telephone Banking PIN

1. Dial (734) 467-PSCU (7728)

2. Select option 5 from any touchtone telephone

3. Follow the prompts
