Congratulations to our 2018 Scholarship Recipients

Public Service Credit Union is proud to be able to recognize up to 10 deserving individuals each year.  These recipients are chosen from existing members who show academic promise, community involvement and the PSCU mantra of “People Helping People”.  

Below are the names of the students that received scholarships in 2018: 

  • Dajah Callen from Romulus, MI, will be attending Wayne State University to pursue a Bachelors degree in Graphic Design
  • Reginald Dapremont from Grambling State University and resident of Ypsilanti, MI, will continue his pursuit for a degree in Criminal Justice
  • Estelle Feirtag from Grosse Ile, MI, will attend Wayne State University to further her education
  • Shereka Freeman-Barber from Northcentral University and resident of Detroit, MI, will continue to further her education
  • DeShonda Johnson from Detroit, MI, will attend Western Michigan University and major in Aviation-Mechanics
  • Cameron Lizyness from Woodhaven, MI, will continue her education at Michigan State University for a degree in either Audiology or Speech Pathology
  • Alexandra Marcyan from Flat Rock, MI, will attend Michigan Technological University while majoring in Material Science & Engineering
  • Lauren Reed from Grand Valley Sate University and resident of Detroit, MI, will continue her education towards a degree in Psychology
  • Ian Stewart from Grosse Ile, MI, will attend the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor for a degree in Engineering
  • Elizabeth Stockert from Cleary University and resident of New Boston, MI, will continue her pursuit of a Bachelors degree in Events, Sports & Promotion Management
