That’s why we offer Shared Branch Services, giving you access to your PSCU account thousands of credit union branches across the nation. Whether you’re at home or on the go, you can take care of your banking needs with ease, making deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and more at any participating shared branch location.

New Shared Branch Update!
Beginning May 1, 2025, all Shared Branch transactions must be completed inside the branch lobby or ATMs. Guest members are welcome to use the drive-thru when the lobby is closed.

New! Introducing ID Check by Velera (formerly CO-OP)
Public Service Credit Union understands it’s crucial to help protect you from account takeover fraud. That’s why we are introducing a new ID proofing measure for in-person visits to our Shared Branch locations starting May 1, 2025. This new fraud prevention measure allows us to make certain it is YOU trying to access your account, not an imposter.

If you're visiting a Shared Branch with an out-of-state ID or from an out-of-state credit union, you’ll use a quick and secure process to verify your identity. Through a QR code and a one-time passcode, this added layer of protection uses multi-factor authentication to confirm it’s really you—helping make services like withdrawals, deposits, transfers, cashier’s checks, and loan payments even more secure.

Scan the QR code located in the branch or visit verify.coop.org.

Select your credit union’s name from a drop-down list.

Enter your member number and the last four digits of your social security number.

Upload a photo of your ID.

Take a selfie.

Save your validation for an even quicker experience next time!
